Mud gas separator
The liquid gas separator is a kind of mud gas separator commonly used in oil fields. The gas immersed drilling fluid enters the separator from the tangent line of the separator inlet. The drilling fluid falls on a series of internally designed mud receiving plates or umbrellas along the inner wall and collides with each other, resulting in a larger mud leakage area. Bubbles will break in the collision project, separating the gas from the drilling fluid, and free gas will be discharged through the gas outlet of the topping, The length of the exhaust pipe shall be matched according to the site conditions (the length of the exhaust pipe shall not be less than 50 meters generally), and it shall be led to a safe place to ignite the gas with an electronic ignition device. The degassed drilling fluid shall be discharged into the circulating tank for recycling after being separated step by step by solid control equipment such as shale shaker, desander, desilter and centrifuge. Can be customized according to customer requirements.
